Interesting composition and nice reflection! I prefer having this picture without that patch of blood.

I'd have framed it in portrait to capture more of the reflective surface where it appears she was looking at you which would have added to the macaber setting. I can't really see where the blood is coming from, if from the lip it needs a bit more continuity, if from a piercing gone bad then the instrument should be in the blood. The blood by the way could be larger and maybe shaped to capture the mouth and eyes because the blood actually looks like a warming filter on the chin that's visible... possibilities within possibilities.

Very nice. Her lips really pop against her pale skin which is very dramatic, but I think it takes away from the color of the "blood" a little. Overall though, I think this is a REALLY cool picture!
