Maybe I have to explain more. This is the actual technique to get this kind of neck x-ray photo: open the patient's mouth and aim with the x-ray beam right between the jaws. You see the upper two vertebrae.

This is a really interesting approach. It would seem that you could play with lots of different applications in your image making to blend frames etc. As for this shot, I agree with above, well executed and definitely creepy!

@ Boyd: I already played with different kinds of applications, but not with the same kind of impact as this one does. If I get one who does has the same impact, I'll share it with you.
