This is a very simple tutorial and processing.
1.Duplicated the background layer
2.Add an adjustment layer "HUE/SATURATION"
3.Choose the "Yellow"-tones only
4.Increase the saturation amount (+30)
5.Mark the adjustment layer and pressed "CTRL+E"
to merge this layer with the layer below
6.Put a gaussian blur(amount +5.0) on this merged layer
7.After that set this layer to blending mode "Color"
7.Then press "CTRL+SHIFT+E" to merge all the layers.
Thats it.
You have now saturated and soften the picture in a different way.
