have to agree with AgathosDorea... the setting/colours are great! it just lacks a tiny bit of sharpness

I bet you were on a tripod?? Not likely to hike to here without one and this time of day... Did you look at a cropping that showed less on the right. I did the edge of the monitor test and it feels pretty good with about half the negative space gone on the right of the arch. It just gets a little too dark over there and doesn't really add anything. If you want to keep this aspect ratio, you could also loose some off the top and bottom.

great picture indeed, but this one i saw so many times.. its like eating my fav cheesy fries 10 times in a row. sorry for saying so ;-)
no one would leave from the golden arch without a picture, but only few with one like yours.

Oh, my god, thats so beautiful, the contrast, colours, composition, everything is perfect.
Did you use film or digital? Which film or digital camera did you use? Can you reveal the exif data? I would like to know something more of this photography.
Thank you and congratulations.

great stuff, can't help but look at that ring thing and think it has more of a story to tell (ie. more shots just as interesting as this one). Great work to have that mountain range in the backdrop of this shot.

What beauty...and how lucky we are to have eyes (and cameras) to see them!

i would take it more to the left, i agree with Beamer, but to do a crop is not what i like to do :)

The subject matter for this photo is extraordinary--good on you! The lighting is also superb. The overall quality of the photo is close to excellent--my suggestion is that if you wanted to take this to the next level you use a tripod and a cable release--this would eliminate a little bit of camera shake and make it razor sharp. Nice job,
