I would crop it a lot, making it the eyes/sunglasses the main object. Just what blossompp3 said: the reflection is the most important. By doing some cropping, the rest of the face will be almost gone and of course, the shadows won't bother anymore.

I like the reflections in the glasses - makes me curious about the story. I'm not sure about the shadows on the subject's face; maybe a little fill flash? (but that might interfere with the relections, so maybe not?)
