Looks like a very nice place. Nice shot.

very beautiful work on this one. A slightly tighter crop on the right might help this a little - those few branches are a bit of a distraction - extremely fine work here!

Best,
Jon

Oooh, is this HDR? Whether it is or not, it's fantastic! The color, the angle..it's all perfect. :)

Nice HDR. Keep it working ;)

Thanks for your comments.

Yes, mosesport, it's HDR.

I love the composition here with the fountains leading the eye through the shot and to the beautifully detailed building. Colours set this off very well.

It's so peaceful and the same time so threatening. Nice job!

Muy bonita, felicidades. Trataría de evitar las ramas que aparecen a la derecha hacia la mitad superior. ¿Granada????

Hello Javier, nice to see you back. This is a beautiful scene. As you know I am not a big fan of HDR, but I will say it is growing on me. I've been trying a few myself!!
This image is very pleasing and the HDR treatment is more subtle that your Mirador de San Nicolás shot was. That's when I like HDR, when you can't quite notice that is was used. I guess "artistic" use of this technique will be as subjective as any other!!

I have 2 critiques for you: One, the highlight in the sky get a bit blown out to the left of the tower. And, two, even though it checks out as straight, it "feels" tilted up on the left.

Cheers, glad to see you posted again!!

I am not a big fan of HDR either but I have to say this one is really nice, wonderful sky colour and the garden is exposed perfectly, great job!

Thanks all again for your comments.

I'm trying to use HDR more subtlely, just to get some details and improve colors. For your comments, I think I'm on the way.

Sí, Ana, es Granada. Se trata del Patio de la Acequia, en el Generalife (Alhambra). Es curioso, no me había fijado en las ramas y me lo ha dicho bastante gente. Tomo nota :)

Beamer, great to see you again. I've noticed the tilting but I think it's more a combitation of tilting, lens aberration and perspective, since I can't make it look 100% straight.

really well done architecture shot. your hdr-processing works well done!

The sky reminds me of a really bad dream I had last year. Everything else seems flat.

My guess is the tilt is because the camera was not level. If you were going for the nightmare effect the tilt helps.
