Onepixelshy, this was a raw image and I used adobe raw to boost the saturation on the blue and red channel, along with a few other tweaks in shadows and contrast. I have a preset for it which I use on a few different photos. I'd be happy to send it you if you like. :)

J'aime beaucoup cette photo. Le traitement utilisé lui donne beaucoup de force (un petit regret tout de même sur le vignettage et le flou sur l'eau de la vague en bas à droite) le grain rajoute de l'angoisse sur le fond vers lequel nous sommes amené.

the only thing to mension for me is the composition, I would of placed the plants a little mor to the left..

Very well composed and exposed shot. However, I am wondering what it would look like with less depth of field to make the subject "pop" and make the figures in the bottom left a little less distracting.

The original shot was all in focus. I added a slight blur to the background to simulate a smaller F-Stop. This was the ONLY shot I got of her. I gave her some money and gestured to the camera, then took the shot. I didnt want to go to far on the blur because it might look a little artificial but it could use a little more.

This is a once in a lifetime photo. Fantastic capture.

It appears as though the soft focus is oversaturating the shadows slightly. I can see how dropping the blur might make the photo too busy with all the texture you have captured. Have you considered maybe creating a radial mask and then pulling down the contrast as is reaches the edges? Could be an alternative way to bring the impact back to the subject...

I think this is an interesting treatment of the subject and fits with the theme perfectly. Very difficult exposure situation handled thoughfully - I like the way the detail of the tiles looms out of the darkness to reveal the detail.

I like the composition here. Ordinarily I would be tempted to crop out some of the dark foreground, but not in this case. All that weight grounds this image and lets the reflections have center stage. The lighting situation you face in this one is demanding and well handled. It's easy to stare at this photo because there is a surprising amount to see when you take a moment. I can't decide whether this is a composite or single image. Well done, either way.

Nicely nicely done. I would have thought this was a composite as well as the exposure looks tricky. And the negative space is perfect for framing the subject.

Un petit détail, je suis gêné par la coupure des deux feuilles à droite, ainsi que par le haut un peu en retrait pour le thême. Peut-être une prise de vue de plus haut aurait été plus judicieuse ?

Good morning Marcouet52, the opposition of both main plants is interesting. Perhaps that you would have been able to open more so that the plant to the right is very net. A small detail, I am embarrassed by the break of both leaves to the right, as well as by the top a bit standing aside for the thême.Perhaps a shot of more high would have been more judicious? the motive is cool but i think theres something missing... i dont know... perhaps maybe a bit blur... or a bloom effekt. but the motive is really good ;)

Bonjour MMeye, j'aime beaucoup.Le rendu de la matière est très bien géré.Tu as pris des risques sur l'exposition et au final cela rend très bien.Sur le cadrage, le côté complétement à gauche laisse apparaitre le pli de la chaussure et me gêne un peu.Peut-être aurait-il fallu élargir le plan.

On framing, side to the left appear lead the crease of the footwear and bothers me a bit. Perhaps it would have been necessary to enlarge plan.
