Fear not, there are no stupid questions!

I think it's an optical illusion to my eye, but the window frame seems to tilt a tiny bit to the right, or into the picture ever so slightly. I am sure I am the only one who thinks this, as I am a little askew myself! :)

I keep trying to figure out why it looks that way to me, and I can only surmise that it is the difference in the shading of the paint from the top left corner of the window frame to the bottom left corner that is tricking my eye - or maybe it is the shadow on the right side of the window that is throwing me off? I'm not sure, but I love the picture anyway.

Please forgive me if I have distressed you! All of your work is very beautiful!

The window is perfectly straight on 3 sides, top, bottom and right. The left edge of the window does run to the right at the top.

2 possible explanations: 1. the window IS imperfect and crooked on that side (it does appear to be an older building) or 2. a bit of lens distortion
