Thanks koo88! I'm just trying this site out for now to see if I like it. So far the comments have been few but I'm liking it so far, so more work will be posted over time. Cheers.

I like this one a lot, and BTW, welcome Scott!!
My critique of this is the composition. You have framed the boat and horizon very centered and that does seem to take away some of the impact. Using the scroll bar test I cropped away about half the sky above the boat's masts and made more of a panoramic framing, see if you like that. And I would show a bit more open space to the right of the rock if you have it or just crop into the rock a bit. Having the rock edge that close to the edge of frame creates tensions that is a bit distracting.

BTW, Scott, you won't get many if any comments/critique on this site unless you "Request critiques" in the Options section under the image.

Thanks Beamer, I see you points exactly. Would definitely align things in thirds a lot better as well. Thanks for the excellent ideas.
As for submitting to critique, I still haven't built up many points as I'm still new to the site. Something to work on.

What a beautiful seascape! Deep saturated pleasing blues. Sharp. Serene. Perfect.

Thank you so much Apurva!

Taken one lazy afternoon on the west coast of Bermuda in the fall of 2007. You know when you can see a picture coming? I was sitting on the rocks watching a Sailboat come down the coast. I could see the rock in front of me and I could see how the image was going to turn out. I waited and waited and finally the sailboat slipped into the viewfinder. Click, I had it!
