Thank you so much. Indeed, not the best part of town here, but a certain amount of fascination for me in ruin and colour.

Batman! I love it. The moon is spot on in the middle but for a change, that actually works. The position of the bats is great. Good job!
athamanass (thanos) said 9 months ago:
I agree about placing the moon in the middle, looks great. And square format helps a lot in that.

Such a great image! It's so dramatic, I agree that it could definitely be a movie poster!!
UrsoBranco (Urso Branco) said 8 months ago:
This looks like a poster for a Hitchcock film. It reminds me of "The Birds".
Very Dramatic!

The tangled web or life, or perhaps jumbled thoughts at the end of the day. Emotive!

Thank you Craig!
MMeye (Martine) said 6 months ago:
Hi Sharon
Really excellent, I fully agree with Craig.
But please, move it to 'Street photography' or 'Portrait' or 'Black and white'... The description of the topic 'People' mentions that you need to show groups of persons, and I'm afraid you could miss the feature in spite of the quality of your pic ;-)
bluechameleon (Sharon Wish) said 6 months ago:
Ah...thank you! Your input is appreciated and I take your advice :)
lbstone (Brandon Stone) said 6 months ago:
Agreed... great light. Nice natural pose with the cigarette. Perfect for street photography topic.

I like the tone and the point of view, the sky is just great.
If you have the RAW file, why don't you try to work on the underexposed part? Just develop the RAW adding +1EV and add it as second layer, cutting the part of the photo which is correctly exposed.

Love the look and feel of this shot. The perspective is nice, except maybe too much of the overpass. Nice effect.

Thank you so much for the feature and advised comments. They're all much appreciated!
Did try something in the spirit of a dark comic strip !
jvgphoto (jon van gilder) added a critique 9 months ago:
Nice shot, but a little heavy on the right side - compositionally speaking.
Best,
Jon

How beautiful...yet scary...not a place I'd be allowed to take pictures. Love the diffused glow. Great job!
