lasiate said that he/she would like more details on the woman's face. She/He's wondering wheter whether the woman on the photograph is praying.
Since this photograph is in the Silhouettes topic, I don't think that's quite proper.
The range of dark tones should be reduced to black, so details on the woman's forehead and neck can't be seen anymore.
(Not sure whether it is to be said like this. I'm German)

Bastian, thanks a lot for your help.
yes, i agree with you, i think i will make those area darker.
She is not praying, i took this picture inside a small airplane cabin, with my 50mm, that's the best that i can get, because i cannot move at all.
Thanks a lot to you all.

If you make the face darker, this will be a wonderful example of a silouette.

Lovely...I imagine the woman going to a new life and has gotten on a plane to catch up with it...hope alive but frightened all the same...

When you have that blue sky to work with, you can come up with some amazing shots! This is just gorgeous.

Really too soft to my taste, though I can imagine this is intended. It looked like a beautiful moment.

Only in kansas you can find 95th St. intersect with 95th, and you have to stop to think, am I in the right way? ;p
Taken last winter, in the middle of ice storm.

That's odd -- the situation -- not your photo.
How in the world do you find you way with signs like THAT?
Fits the topic very well!

Ok you are corrected.
We also have these in some towns in Idaho.
Twin Falls, Id is the biggest offender.
I think that they have 12 different 4th Streets.
I used to live at the corner of 4th and 4th.
I will have to look next time i am there to get some of those for this topic.

Ouch! Sucks to be her I guess... very striking image! The strong contrasts and colors work beautifully with this image. The texture of the stone wall just adds to the overall interest. Well done!

This is a great shot for the topic...a real natural. It does appear to me, however, that your sensor may need cleaning (or did when this shot was taken) as there is one very noticable spot just to the right of the upper portion of the arch.
digitalchemy (A J Gunawan) said 1 year ago:
thank you very much bob, for your comment and suggestion, really appreciate it. sensor cleaned!
