@jp93 how would you know, you can't even spell it??

I have to agree and disagree with jp93. Composition is great. However, you should opt between capitalizing the fog or wait until there's no fog at all. Maybe you had no change to wait for the right time. I such case, a little more Photoshop would enhance it greatly. All in all, a great effort.

Nice mood. In my opinion, food is one of the most difficult subject in photography. Here you succeeded in creating something inviting, beautiful, and I just feel like sitting there and sharing this with you ;-)

The New York State Riesling went very nicely with the apple pies made with New York State apples!

Bob, the lighting is fantastic here. I believe I'm now hankering for a piece of apple pie.

This image immediately conveys warmth and comfort (definitely a comfort food - particular for those of us in the cold Mid-West this time of year). The colorful bowl adds to the strength of the composition to me. I might've liked to see the edges of the bowl, but I'm not sure that it would make a significant difference to the quality of the image.

This was originally taken by me many years ago. Shot on Kodak Ektachrome 64, scanned about a year or so ago for posting on Scanning My Life.
