Really nice. Sigh.....I'm so sick of looking at white, this is just like music to my eyes! The depth and atmosphere are fabulous. I now have an even worse case of Spring lust than I did before I saw this image. ;-)

Brant, this was taken along a trail at Dingman's Falls in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area -- eastern Pennsylvania, USA. Early morning sunlight.

You've been busy! Nice image. Clean and simple. Only thing I might try here is to straighten. Seems a bit crooked. Maybe you were going for that?

Yeah, I spent the morning at Vazaar and pretty well depleted my current supply of shots for the current topics. As for straightening this shot, it proved tougher than it looks because so few of the lines are really straight. I seem to recall that I made the image horizontal with respect to the block mortar lines at the lower part of the wall. The ladder was not straight so if I made the image square with the ladder, the building would have been canted at an extreme angle. Thanks for the comment.

Just a little alcove off a residential street in downtown Albany, NY...funny I drove past it a few weeks ago and it seemed so uninteresting...the light really brought it to life.

Ah. Vernon you have tripped over my fundamental weakness as a photographer...impatience with post processing techniques. I would not have posted this shot but felt compelled when I saw yours and Peter's similar (though much better) versions.

I like yours just as much as the other guys Bob. I like how that one building sticks out past the others and I really like the brown tones.

I like this quite a lot. The color of the leaf is perfect in contrast to the stone.

I thought I recognized this one.... this is very much fitting, and despite the park-like setting, is very 'city.'

Terrific shot Bob. Really really super. I think I'd have cropped a bit off the top. I don't say that to suggest you should have. Simply sharing a feeling. I like this image a lot.

I agree with George. I like the sharpness of the cable, butn I would have tried another composition.

Technically, this shot was made by my father about 40 years ago, but I thought it worked for this topic!
