I really love birch trees and this totally reminds me of them :) I love the little touch of orange too.

I don't remember clearly, these are most probably beech trees.
It was the only day of this winter with some snow so I went to see a nearby forest. The snow and the wind painted one side of each trees, left side from this viewpoint. Took a long tele lens, focused some 50metres away in the trees with a bush with redish leaves in the foreground. Used about 1/6s shutter time with a continuous vertical movement to get the blur while keeping the structure (see the bark in the middle). Did it for a few times until I was able to stop the movement at the bottom before the end of the expo, this is how the leaves got into the frame. Postprocess: cold white balance, selective sat/desat, some more hue adjustment, curves. Enjoy! :-)
