Very beautiful shot. The sky looks awesome and isn't washed out so I'm guessing you used a polarizer filter. I like the composition and I don't know if anyone can see this but the picture is sort of cut into thirds with the water being the bottom third, the clouds in the middle and the blue sky on top.
