You probably know my feelings on objects and edges of objects being tangent with the edge of frame, so: This feels too "cramped" to me, the lower lip needs "liproom" the cheek, needs...
But most importantly the eyeline needs some room for the eye to flow. The face creates such a nice feeling and flow, but the eye runs right into a corner.
This looks like a tight crop out of a bigger capture, so try one that keeps the left edge where it is, gives 5% more on the bottom, but 15-20% more on the top and right. See what you think??

Hey! Now we can see she has nice freckles. I didn't notice that before.
Nice warm colours, nice highlights in her hair and beautiful eyes. Only her lipstick isn't my choice, it doesn't mach her scin. I would prefer a colour with purple-ish in it or something.
