Nice framing and use of negative space. The eyes focusing off camera, makes the photo all the more interesting.

I agree, nice framing, but the skin tone need a little bit attention, I think it will be good if you put a make up not only on her face but also her neck, especially at the bottom part.

Very good shoot even part of the black space could be an extension of her hair, focus is excellent.
My only critic is about that white space under her bottom lip under the red lipstick that need touch up,
as for the white on her upper lip it should stay there as it follow the light reflection on her nose
