This is actually very beautiful.. The more I look at it the more i like it. My only suggestion would be to crop some of the top and focus more on the bottom part of the photo.

Very pieceful and wonderfully composed. I like the way the plant frames the face, but agree that perhaps a more selective crop could be even more effective.

Very interesting photo. So many different thoughts are going through my mind on each ones situation. Very well captured.

If this is not cropped, then it's perfect. You can't be too close. If it is cropped, I like the composition very much.

The young man's back is a bit blow-out (which may be your creative intent?) to me. I wish there was more shadow detail in his legs.

The lighting in this shot is great . It adds a lot of texture. I think the tones are dead on.

I agree with dreamer, the constrast is gorgeous. And I don't mind the cropping, I wouldn't have noticed his leg... :)

Come back to us... more photos please! How are you?

Hello to all of you and thank you for all them comments.. I appreciate this a loooot..

Now it's time for me to comment on your comments ;)

First of all, the picture isn't cropped.. I don't agree on the fact to take a few steps back because my main subject is the man who's sleeping, so that meens he can't be to close..

About the contrast, it's meant that way, I wanted it to be so dramatic.. cause I think the seen is pretty dramatic..

I took this picture in Barcelona when we where waiting for the bus.. the scene striked me, the guy was just sleeping there and the sun gave this beautiful paterns on the bench and especially on the guys back..
I think he is homeless or something, or drunk, don't know, but we saw a lot of guys just sleeping on the streets of Barcelona, during daytime and night..

What's funny or weird is that all them people are touching there face with there hands.. like they want to cover something..

What I don't like in this pic are the man's legs behind the guy with his baseball had on..

I like the smooth relection of the sunglass lens on the messy hair. nailed the dof also. good eye to see this shot. I love it.

TerynYancey (Teryn Yancey) added a critique 1 year ago:

love the reflections in the sunglasses. The glasses stand out nicely against the hair.

Cannaday said what I was going to... the contrasting smoothness of the glasses and the messyness of the hair is great. The reflection makes the world seem so large and even almost scary, due to the extreme curvature of the buildings. Very well laid-out image compositionally. I like it.

What a super shot here, great motion!

Reminds me of the river horses in LOTR. The saturation difference between the chesnut horses and the almost b/w looking backgroun is particularly lovely.

Your work has stunning colour. All your photos I've seen so far have this fantastic almost dramatic post-process feel to it (if you're post-processing at all, if you're not, then please let me take in-camera technique lessons from you).

The chairs seem to glow and the tiles amost have a majesty about them. How do you do it? =)

I like the story this photo tells. I also like the patterns on the floor made by the tile and chair legs. The clothing on the woman is too washed out for my taste, and given the strong directional light perhaps less contrast would have been necessary to keep the whites from losing detail.

thx for your constructive comment Aloha.. I appreciate it al lot!!
and you're right.. the clothing is to washed away, I've lost a lot of details during processing.. I'm gonna try to fix it with the brush tool..

Cheers

I don't know, I kind like the effect, to brings your eye straight towards her and she almost appears to be glowing, like the light of her faith.
