I am truly a novice photographer and I tend to take everything I do to the extreme. I find that I really like to just shoot and see what I end up with. I am learning to observe the background and the little distractions, but I'm a long way from being great.

I like to shoot candid shots. I don't want someone to stop and pose. Just keep doing what you're doing. I think we capture the true essence of someone when they're not focused on smiling for the camera.

I love to photograph my pets and various wildlife. (Bet you couldn't tell!) Along with photographing landmarks and nature in general. I love how nature mixes with everyday life to give us more colors and contrasts than we could have imagined.

I'm learning how to use my editing software but also find it a bit disturbing that some use it so much. I'd rather try to get a better shot and edit a little.

There are so many different types of photography and photographers. We all have our own style and I hope to learn from everyone to just get better and better.
