I'm a landscape architect, photoblogger, video gamer, night-time basic cable junky, and rangefinder camera enthusiast. I drink iced americano (no room; water to the top), listen to alternative rock, p2p techno mixes, and a fan of kroq.fm since 1988. I hate slow drivers, enjoy subways & light rails, and always respect other individuals (and other people's stuff) until being dissed upon. I put two spaces after a period. I scored 780 on SAT, got a 99% on my driving exam, and have a tendency to find wallets & purses (with cash) on streets. I once blazed inside a '68 vw bus on halloween night. photography became a serious hobby after photo 1 & 2 in high school. I hate all liver dishes, and eat all of the vegetables.

I am no pro or amature, I care less about my photog status. just hand me a camera and I'll try my best to be creative and fill the frame with interesting composition. but most of all, having fun is finial. I have owned every brand of digital camera listed on dpreviews.com but never kept a model for more than one year. I own a crate full of film cameras and maintain them regularly.

I have a bachelor's and a master's degree in landscape architecture, both received from california state polytechnic univ. at pomona.

I am married. my wife is a graphic designer, and bakes good croissant.

I live in south pasadena, founded in 1888. it is a small suburb n.e. of downtown los angeles, and I say no to the 710. majority of my pictures are taken in the san gabriel valley regions of the l.a. county.
