For the quality, i think this is an excellent shot.
The composition is great, you just hit the limitations of what the camera could do!

There are lots of elements to like about this shot. It is very well exposed with a great cloud pattern and interesting horizon. I also like the foreground detail and the shadow of the railing just showing at the bottom. The only thing that I find troubling is the cropping of the lamp, but this is oh so very minor. I didn't even notice the quality, I just assumed it was part of the down-sample to make it nice and small to post ;)

say nothing against the bad quality i know my mistake: i took this photo a couple of years ago not long after i got my cam, and i thought that vga-quality is enough... well it was a mistake^^
