1. the shooting was done with 2 permanent lights + 2 strobes
2. adding the background / texture according to the brown tones in the image
3. dodging / burning
4. selective toning
5. selective sharpening / blurring
6. some high pass filter
The processing is just an individual process on each image so it is very hard to do the same for all or upcoming images..
thats why i can't give a brief description for the processing. ;-)
maybe you got an idea of the points i have given.

It is in my hometown Erfurt / Germany @ the "Petersberg" the famous fortress above the DOM. You see the caserne of the gate keepers.

Great expression, great capture!! Your highlights are a bit overexposed and blown out. This would have more impact with a more square cropping. The bottom doesn't buy you anything and the eye really wants to focus on her face.

both the lighting and the processing here are outstanding. I would be interested in hearing more details.
