My name is Vic Dinovici and I'm working in Toronto (Canada) photographic & graphic area (taking pictures, photo manipulation and colorizing black and white pictures, digital illustration, wedding photography and graphic design and sometimes design or redesign web sites). Although I don’t have the claim of entitling myself a professional photographer, yet I live with the feeling that I have got beyond the beginner uncertainty when it comes about photography.
Engineer by profession, I made the first steps in photography in 2003, (like photographer, and I have more than six years experience in photo retouching) when, under some circumstances which had finally proved to be favorable to me, I gave up working as a sketcher- designer for one of the local papers in favor of a job as photo and PC operator. It was then when I fell in love with the art of photography. As hobby but also as way of earning my living, trying to combine pleasure and utility, I always look for new ways of expressing through artistic pictures, although I’m sure about my still learning till I’ll be able of having my own photo technique. I do all kind of pictures: portraits, landscapes, weddings. I’m also very fond of street photography.
For the moment, I use a Nikon D70s and I do hope that in the future I’ll acquire more performing cameras and why not, even making my own studio.

About me, I also do photographic retouch for old and torn pictures and colorizing black&white photos. I use programs like corel draw, photopaint and adobe photoshop. I'll post all interesting aspects about photographs, manipulation photo retouching and colorizing technique in blog section. Also I'll post interesting pictures with comments and suggestions.
I'm looking forward to getting feed-back about my work; I am interested in getting advice but critics also and in a possible collaboration in the photographic art domain.
