Hi Jeninja-Inja and thank you for your comment.
Yes, I tried to place the focus in the middle, but it was as I didn't know what I wanted to show, the foreground was blurry, and I didn't like that.

The angle is great but I would have preferred a bit more focused part of trunk. This one it's too small in contraposition on photo height.

More focus would have been great but I absolutely love this angle. The subdued blue sky works great too!

Great angle. I'm thinking it might have been good with more DOF, or the DOF shifted more towards the branches.
Hard to say. This does have an imposing sort of threatening feel to it. If you did a Black and white conversion I think it would be really creepy and imposing.

I agree with Fabricio, great shot but I would liked a little bit more of focus too, the tones are great too

I agree that there should be more focus, but I really like the way you've framed the shot.

I like this pic a lot. I would've liked it better if more of the tree was in focus though.

Not!!! THE FOCUS is what makes this...very creative.

I really love this shot - it's different than the typical "looking up at a tree" picture. I feel like I'm hugging it looking at this. Yes, I'm a tree hugger, and proud of it! :)

what a great angle and shot! Dis you try place the selective focus a bit higher, like the middle of the tree?
