I'm afraid I agree with oneye - while there is a lot of water in your photo, what catches my eye is the blurring. The left edge is a bit dark and I find that distracting. I think this may have fit well in the "embrace the blur" topic and possible the "solitude" topic. I might also crop quite a bit of the bottom of the photo and make the actual body of water even more dominant.

I like the shot but I agree, the blurring is what catches my eye, it could also be a response to Vintage Processing because something about it looks like a lot of pictures my parents took before I was born
